Stephanie Hart

“I love helping clients and working with them to fulfill their dreams and expectations.”

Originally from Maine, Stephanie’s career began in politics when she was recruited out of college to work for the United States’ Senate Majority Leader. Following her time on Capitol Hill, she held high-level positions including campaign manager, lobbyist, special assistant to the Governor of Maine and later, chaired his finance committee during his successful run for re-election.

A life-long lover of the mountain lifestyle, Stephanie accepted a job with Ski.com and moved to the Vail Valley in 2011 where she became a top sales agent selling travel packages to high-end clientele around the world. Her knack for the tiniest details and passion for customer service made her transition into real estate a natural one, earning her “Rookie of the Year” with her former brokerage before making the move to the Slifer Smith & Frampton team. A career highlight was appearing on HGTV’s show “Log Cabin Living” featuring an exceptional log cabin home she sold in 2016. Stephanie continues to be ranked in the top 1.5% of America’s Best Real Estate Professionals out of a field of 1.6M according to RealTrends National Rankings.

“I love helping clients and working with them to fulfill their dreams and expectations.”

An expert in everything from resort properties to lavish slopeside residences and homes right in town, Stephanie excels in helping her clients make the best decisions for their family, personal goals and investment portfolios and takes great pride in perfecting every detail of her listings.

Why do you love the communities where you live and work?

The Vail Valley is often called “Happy Valley” and I can attest to that. I am living my best life thanks to our amazing community and a job that I find so interesting and genuinely fulfilling on a daily basis. Not to mention, being able to help others in their real estate journey is extremely rewarding and I am so fortunate to be able to do it every day.

What’s your favorite Colorado spot?

The San Juan Mountains region is my favorite place to spend time in our beautiful state, especially skiing and visiting Telluride.

Is there a local cause that is important to you?

I am a volunteer for the Vail Veterans Program, a local nonprofit that offers therapeutic programming focused on emotional and mental healing for veterans in the Valley and their families. Our Veterans are heroes and I am so very grateful for their service!
