“I’m honored to help my clients realize their goals, affording them the opportunity to create a lifetime of memories in this special valley we call home.”
A resident of the Vail Valley for over 45 years, Steve heeded the Colorado Calling from his hometown of Peekskill, New York. Upon landing in the Colorado mountains, his real estate career quickly took off, becoming one of the elite residential brokers for Slifer Smith & Frampton.
His sweet spot is listing and selling luxury mountain properties, high-end fractional ownerships and everything in between, earning Top Producer in 2022 (as well as 10 subsequent years) and The 2022 Slifer Award for Team Spirit, voted on by his peers.
“I think what my clients appreciate most is my broad wealth of knowledge, demeanor, eagerness to help, and my unwavering dedication to ensuring the best possible outcome for them. I’m honored to help my clients realize their goals, affording them the opportunity to create a lifetime of memories in this special valley we call home.”
He consistently places among the Top 20 producing brokers at SSF and has participated in 1,500+ transactions totaling half a billion dollars in sales volume. This long, successful track record paved the way for Steve to become the Branch Broker for SSF’s six Beaver Creek offices where he mentors 30+ brokers, all while continuing to serve his clients with the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

Why do you love the communities where you live and work?
I can’t imagine anywhere better to live or raise a family than the Vail Valley. It’s heaven on earth in my eyes and it’s been incredible to watch the Valley grow over the last 50 years into the amazing community it has become. I’m proud to be a part of that and grateful my children got to grow up here and love it like I do.

What’s your favorite Colorado spot?
My happiest place is on my motorcycle, riding over the seemingly endless beautiful mountain passes in this state, taking in the views and reflecting on why I chose to call Colorado home.

Is there a local cause that is important to you?
I care very much about the Swift Eagle Foundation, a local nonprofit that provides financial support for people and families in times of hardship throughout the valley. It’s neighbors taking care of neighbors, and that’s another reason I love our mountain community so much.
